Operations Manager

Ruth Loberg serves as IQM's Operations Manager. Ruth earned her Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Science Education with a History Endorsement, plus a Master’s degree in Social Studies Education both from UNL. Prior to accepting her current position, she has been a catering supervisor, classroom teacher, executive coordinator for Habitat for Humanity, and owner/operator of a childcare center.

The International Quilt Museum is located on the University of Nebraska - Lincoln's East Campus, and houses the largest publicly held quilt collection in the world. Diversity and inclusion are central to the University’s and the IQM’s mission and pursuit of excellence. Each person has something to gain from and offer to our community of learning, discovery, and outreach. All are welcome here.
