Famed UK artist Pauline Burbidge will discuss the artistic journey she traveled as a result of Collector Jack Walsh III’s commission of two quilts on exhibit in Water FEATURED.

Burbidge writes: It is a great honour to have my work included in Jack Walsh’s collection. The two works, on display at the IQM, ‘Nottingham Reflections’ and ‘Tweed Reflections II’, are very close to my heart. They marked the beginning of a new 10-year era, which sparked-off a period of new growth for me. All works were connected with the theme of water reflections and culminated in my major solo exhibition called ‘Quiltworks’.
