Lunar New Year Celebration

We hope you can join us at the International Quilt Museum for a FREE family-friendly event celebrating the 2026 Lunar New Year, the Year of the Horse! There will be snacks, crafts, scavenger hunt, children's book read-aloud, and musical performances from the Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association. This event is open to the public and everyone is welcome.

The International Quilt Museum is located on the University of Nebraska – Lincoln's East Campus, and houses the largest publicly held quilt collection in the world. It's our mission to build a global collection and audience that celebrates the cultural and artistic significance of quilts. Each person has something to gain from and offer our community of learning, discovery, and outreach.
