Let’s celebrate America250 with American Girl doll Samantha when women were campaigning to get the right to VOTE! Samantha’s aunt Cornelia was active in the suffrage movement. We will talk about famous women in U.S. history and learn their stories. The children will create a Vote for Women banner for their doll, stitch a stuffie and make a bracelet and necklace for themselves. We will tour the new museum exhibition "Material Nation: 250 Years of American Quilts". Snacks will be enjoyed by all.

Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite doll.
