Native Quilt Pop-Up Exhibit

Native Quilt Pop-Up Exhibit
The International Quilt Museum will show a pop-up exhibition of Native American quilts from our collection Nov. 5-7 in conjunction with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Forsythe Family Program on Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs's initiative to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. This exhibit contextualizes the importance of textiles to the MMIW movement within the broader history of Native textiles.
