Surface Design Association presents "The Potential of Paper: Fiber Artists, Papermakers & Sculptural Form A Conversation with Mary Hark, Jocelyn Chateauvert and Fafnir Adamites" on Wednesday, September 23 at 1 p.m. CDT.

Why paper? A revered material with a 2000 year history, handmade paper is one of the first to use fibers of all kinds in its creation. Contemporary artists embrace the versatility of handmade paper. Join Surface Design Association for this Textile Talk in conversation with three artists for whom hand papermaking is an integral part of their practice: Mary Hark, Jocelyn Chateauvert, and Fafnir Adamites.
